Gentlemen:
It may be possible to automate the data entry, if the documents with the data entry values are in electronic form. If so and they can be emailed, then the values can possibly be parsed/extracted by a program.
If so, then an Excel spreadsheet can be automatically updated with the extracted values (for example, using VBS or PowerShell). The values could then automatically be loaded into a local database or uploaded to an online database as well.
If the documents with the values you want extracted are in paper form only, it will not be possible to automatically extract the values by a program, in which case the job will have to be done much slower manually.
It would be very helpful if you can provide any more detailed information on the source documents, format, data to be extracted, and exactly what you want to do with the data.
