Typist / Copy Typist / Scanned Image to Text Transcription / Data Entry

I am looking for an accurate typist to transcribe legal case names & citations into a Word document (or compatible with Google Docs, Excel, Google Sheets). I have taken screenshots of multiple textbook pages of case names and citations (known as a "Table of Cases") and put them into a single pdf. Some pdfs will have between 4 to 50 pages of case names. (I have tried converting pdf to text, however, there are several parts of the text that I do not need and I think it would be quicker to transcribe the text instead. I could be wrong but that’s up to you to show me….as long as it is 100% accurate!) What I need: 1. Accurately type all case names and citations 2. Arrange A-Z 3. Size 10 Arial font 4. Only one case name & citation per line (use smaller font if needed for longer names) 5. No Italics 6. No space before paragraph 7. No space after paragraph 8. Use pdf file name as new document name 9. Place document name in header or at top of document 10. Please note that some cases may start on one line and finish on the next 11. Please note that some cases may start at the end of one page and continue onto the next page 12. Australian-English dictionary language 13. Please be aware that predictive texting and spellcheck may cause inaccurate transcription I do not need the following from the original pdf and it must not be included: 14. Do not include paragraph numbers eg "........[1.1.1]" 15. Do not include page/chapter numbers eg “........77 or 16.190 etc" 16. Do not include multiple periods eg "..............." 17. Do not include heading of alphabet What do I mean? An example of a case name and citation looks like this: Attorney-General v Wilts United Dairies Ltd (1922) 38 TLR 781; [1925] 2 KB 34 In the pdf/textbook, it would appear as: Attorney-General v Wilts United Dairies Ltd (1922) 38 TLR 781; [1925] 2 KB 34...........................16.190 or Attorney-General v Wilts United Dairies Ltd (1922) 38 TLR 781; [1925] 2 KB 34..................[1.1.1], [1.1.2] Using the method above, I need "..............16.190/ 1.1.1], [1.1.2]" removed so I am just left with the case name and citation. Sample final product of how it should look - see [login to view URL] Could you please have a look at it and give me an indication of whether you are interested and what sort of pricing structure you would propose. I would prefer pricing per page/pages/project. I will have multiple pdfs coming and am looking for someone who I can rely on. Accuracy is key as the citations will be put into a searchable database.
