ABC Company M&A Strategy Analysis (please read before you bid)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR BID. THANK YOU. This is a very specific market analysis project. You have to be excellent business researcher, with practical knowledge of mergers and acquisition concepts and methods and be able to mine data and generate reports using a combination of research intelligence, industry knowledge, outside-of-box thinking and natural commercial instinct. Please only reply if you are perfectly familiar with the following concepts: M&A, P/E, company valuation, DCF, venture capital, hostile takeover. Also, you have to read and write in English on a native or near-native level. The project will pertain to non-public company (so data is not readily available), who is however owned indirectly by several public companies. The analysis will entail detailed information about M&A activity, and particularly terms and conditions of completed transactions, principally in pricing area. We will ask selected bidders to complete sample task before awarding the project to them. It is possible that more than one bidder will be awarded.
