I'd like to hire a Virtual Assistant, but would like to talk more about the qualifications and what the person can do. I'm looking for someone who is smart and can keep up with multiple tasks.

Examples of tasks :

- Handle client calls to pick up and listen. And to know the project context and be able to handle client and project comms.

- Coordination between different people via email.

- Managing version and change history of documents and tracking changes.

- Must be able to receive calls on a Singapore number and make calls from a Singapore number.

This person cannot be careless and must be detail oriented. Must be strong in English.
