I use Illustrator for this kind of projects, i can deliver you the charts as vector format, and also saved as any other format you may need, like JPG, or transparent PNG, for example. Hi, I'm Matt and implementing various web, software and multimedia solutions for 20+ years. Can you send an example of your (scanned) handwritten flowcharts? Or even 3 (easiest, average difficulty and most complex)? What is your preferred software/format to have those flowcharts created? Probably PowerPoint and other presentation software is not good enough, so FreeMind, MindJet, MindNode software comes to mind (and you being able to open digital flowcharts). If you have a Mac I would go for MindNode, $47 app and they have a version for iPad too (that can read and write the same mindmap/flowcharts formats). I could begin on Sunday/Monday. Otherwise I'm a former technical writer so always looking to structure the content well yet am not a graphic designer per se (though can manipulate images with what is possible in software). I will create these flows in Vision (vs a more complicated flow charting tool) for purposes of ease of maintenance by you and your partner in the future.
