Greetings. We have a shop [login to view URL] and the issue is people are contacting us with different questions. We want to have a department type contact form (with a static block (for text an image) so that if they want to ask about their order they MUST put in an order number (pref a certain number of digits only). If they have a general question then the mandatory field is not there. If they have a complaint, the field for complaints is there. I am not sure if there is a plug in out there that can do this, but this is what we want. Please no chancers, no high bids and no new people. If you do not want to read the message then do not bid.
