Ok, here´s the deal. Please read it all and do not bid until you do it. I have a PDF file, 318 pages. It is a book wich I want to transform into an E-BOOK Everything must be in the final file, from the cover till the end. TERMS & CONDITIONS =================== 1) As the book is in Spanish, native Spanish-speaking people will be preferred. 2) No mistakes will be tolerated. 3) The pages in the e-book must look exactly as in the PDF wich means (for example) if page 49 the starts with the word "Hi" and ends with the word "bye" in the PDF the final e-book must start and end with the same words. Pages must be numbered as well and the page number in the e-book must be seen exactly as in the PDF 4) There are a few images in the PDF, about 10 to 12. This images must be placed in the e-book in the same place as they are in the PDF. Images do not look good. There is not much to be done about that because the original images are old, the book printing is old as well. If the selected freelancer can do some improvement it will be much appreciated but this is NOT the key feature of the project. I am happy enough if the images appear as they look. WHAT DO I EXPECT ================ I expect the submission of a WORD file wich will be extensively verified. I will read it personally and do a strong proofread of random selected 50 to 100 pages. If I detect 5 mistakes or more (any kind of mistake) the work will be considered wrong and I will not pay for it. Only after approval of the WORD file, you will be instructed to proceed with the 2nd part of the job wich is the creation of the E-BOOK wich will be proofread as well with the same conditions. 5 or more mistakes and you get no payment. PAYMENT TERMS =============== No advanced milestone will be accepted 30% of the payment after I can verify the WORD file (2 to 3 days after submission) 70% of the payment after I can verify the E-BOOK file (2 to 5 days after submission) *Terms are not negotiable* The E-BOOK itself ============== Must be presented in 2 formats A) EPUB B) MOBI Both will be tested in different devices such as Android tablets, iPads and Kindle readers. SAMPLE ======= You are to download the attached PDF wich is a sample of the book (pages 144 to 147 including 2 images) and deliver for QA 3 files: WORD, EPUB & MOBI DELIVERY DATE TERMS: ==================== I am not in a hurry, you can take for this work as much as you need. You can work on this project 1 hour a day or 8 hours a day. It is your choice. You can start tomorrow and not doing anything the following day because you have something better to do with your time. The sooner you finish the sooner you get the money. If you need 30 days or 60 days is fine. I will privilege money over speed but remember: I will not give much space for lower quality work.
