layout and build PCB/Controller with capacitance touch screen which will be mounted on top of PCB with standoffs

I PCB controller with capacitance touch screen that will control functions in a display mode. i will send you a schematic to lay out PCB which will have just top and bottom traces per schematic. The board can be three layers. envelope size of board must be 3 x 4 inches with micro USB to load software which we will do. You lay board out to schematic and use parts that will be supplied as well in a parts list. If additional parts are needed per the schematic, must be bright enough to reconcile the differences and update parts list. Will need a working prototype that we can upload our software into from micro usb. All documents to design and layout PCB will be supplied. You will package and send PCB along with touch screen per the suggested part number in docs. We will design the enclosure to fit with the envelope size stated above. If PCB real-estate is too small, we will allow you to add to envelope size length wise about .5 inches and width wise .5 inches. Side to side will be max 4 inches and front to back will be max 3 inches. total board height with components on top and bottom will be a max height of .25 inches. Additional height will be for capacitance touch display per the part number assigned which is based on already existing prototype. Will send files later once we establish time frame. This unit will also have an active state of only 10 seconds if touch screen is not accessed within that time and will go into a sleep state, only to be awaken when touch screen is touched again for data access. This is the second time that I have submitted this job, but had to hold off for scope and design changes. The board will also need 4 mounting points nearest the corners of PCB, typical mounting points in the industry with pads. The pads will not be needed for grounding. PCB should be self contained with grounding and ground planes only if necessary. weight is an issue and don't want something that can be carried in your pocket to be too heavy
