I am looking for a PCB board that can: 1. Charge from grid 220V 50HZ 2. MPPT charger 60A Max 3 Low frequency. Inverter circuit. 2-10kW single phase 220V 50HZ pure sine wave, high efficiency 4. Uses battery AGM / Flooded / GEL 12V / 48V / 24V 5- Solar, grid inputs and battery information Battery AH 200AH x 4 pieces to 8 pieces. Battery voltage 12V Touch screen display as an option which shows Voltage, Current, Power Requirements: 1. Uses AgTMEL Arduino platform 2. Designs should be for production 3. Single or double printed board design okay

I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

question Can it be done by pic microcontroller? If not , can you suggest me a development enviroment that simulates arduino ...I experienced multisim but I dont know if it fits I made a course of control of power electronics converter sometime ago and now I am re reading the book.I have very good experience in PLC so that knoledge can be scaled to the program of the arduino The charge control can be programmed in that micro sure Maybe the inverter can be designed (Monophasic ) by varing the duty cycle of a Buck converter for example sinusoidaly A challenge also would be the thermal design that relates to the later....matlab would be enough or you know any specific design software? Design of all converters also would need stability analysis

I had experience in both Hardware and firmware for solar inverter and power inverter. Already I implemented inverter with your requirements. But micro is different and we used 2*16 Lcd display.
