A special power box for a slot car race set Invented by Micheal Garry

Hi ; My name is Micheal and I'm in need of an electrical engineer inventor to create a power box for a slot car race set I've created. But like most power packs created for slot car racing, this power box I design for this race set is different from any other race set for this race it self is different.( the pictures will illustrate) Please keep in mind that I'm on a fixed budget ( the amount I'm offering is: $1500 of the work I also can provide you with the components to make the circuit board ( the schematic drawing should give you an ideal of what t I'm looking for along with drawings of the race set and instructions of what the power box and the race set relate to each other.
