research paper (1 year period) -- 2

I am a third-year student from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering. This is the domain of my interest. I am quite familiar with BJT and MOSFETs, their dc & ac characteristics, gain and bandwidth, their fabrication and manufacturing process, etc. I have quite an experience of simulating these transistors on Cadence, LTspice, etc. Also, I am quite familiar with the MATLAB platform. Last semester one of my labs was completely based on MATLAB. I shall be committed to my work. I shall readily acquaint myself with any prerequisites needed for the project.
