I have designing experience of BLDC- Outrunner, Inrunner(IPM) radial motors and Axial Flux motors, PMSM motors with Inrunner(IPM) rotor topologies I have developed my own calculators to do this and can share with you if interested. Also, on basis of Torque vs RPM graph and suitable reduction, I will suggest you motor and a suitable controller. On basis of required range and motor power, I will suggest you battery pack with best Li-ion Chemistry.
