Hi, first of all, I think it's under budget, and the fast way to pick and place is to use delta robot, and for the accurate to pick, you need a machine vision system, then the cost will be very high. I think you should make some rules for how to arrange these objects, then can make the system relatively simple, and reduce the budget.
