This paper proposes two measures for the evaluation of permutation techniques used inimage en- cryption. First, a general mathematical framework for describing thepermutation phase used in image encryption is presented. Using this framework, sixdifferent permutation techniques, based on chaotic and non-chaotic generators, aredescribed. The two new measures are, then, introduced to evaluate the effectiveness ofpermutation techniques. These measures are (1) Percentage of Adjacent Pixels Count(PAPC) and (2) Distance Between Adjacent Pixels (DBAP). The proposed measures areused to evaluate and compare the six permutation techniques in different scenarios. Thepermutation techniques are applied on several standard images and the resultingscrambled images are analyzed. Moreover, the new measures are used to compare thepermutation algorithms on different matrix sizes irrespective of the actual parametersused in each algorithm. The analysis results show that the proposed measures are goodindicators of the effectiveness of the permutation technique
sir i can help u with this project i have done masters in computer engg with specilization in image processing and pattern recognition this is a dummy bid i can give u an exact estimate after we discuss the project hopping for your kind consideration

Hi,
my current understanding of your job post is that you want to replicate algorithm and results of prior work on that journal paper to be able propose a new better technique and compare its performances to those in the journal paper (Permutation-Based Encryption algorithm), please correct me if I'm wrong
Please share the paper you referred to along with more details about what do want get done (specifics, outputs ..etc.) .. once you're satisfied of this part outcome, we can discuss your novel measure to implement it and compare to the rest of the 6 techniques
Please feel free to ask if you have any questions
Email contact/Skype/TeamViewer for live chat are available if needed
Regards
Allaoua,
