Structural system needs marketing

I have developed a sheet metal formwork system that performs almost twice as well as existing systems in the US and Europe. The potential market is quite huge ($1.5 billion in the US and $1.8 billion in Europe) I need someone to sell the licensing rights to manufacturers in the US and Europe. There are only a few huge manufacturers in the field and selling to only the two biggest manufacturers could easily cover a third of the market. A royalty fee as low as 4% could result in licensing fees of anything between $20 million and $30 million per annum. The person marketing the system need not be an expert in the field because the system sort of sells itself and I can provide all the information needed. I attach a test report from the University of Pretoria showing the performance of the system compared to an equivalent US/EU system presently in use
