WANTED. Knowledgeable person who can handle the Puerto Rico application and registration of a Puerto Rico company, and follow through to the application for a PR Bank account for that company.
Additional service required will be to complete the Application to get the Company granted inclusion under Act 20-2012 from the PR Secretary of DDEC.
It will need an address in Puerto Rico, as a Registered address for the company, and an Employee at that office, who we will pay 2000 hours a year (40 hours a week) to act as our online receptionist for our guests. (We manage hotels).
