Hello there, i think within distributed database like this (5 SQL Server) we need to merge all the database into one, not split into multiple like this. After that we can use the Power BI Desktop(Free) to make the dashboard for those data. If you want to make the data for aggregated and then we can discuss about the measure and more things not just simple idea for 5 SQL script within a table like the attachment. I would need more information, such as the structure of the databases, if they are hosted on the same computer, etc. Still, I think the best option to analyze the data is with Microsoft Power BI which has a free instance for one user. I am developing visual dashboards for my institution (medium University) that need several integration from indicators as you. I recommend you a very easy-to-install software called metabase.com. Just to lauch a JAR and to settup against the aggregated source. If you have already your extraction scripts, the unique challenge woud be joining them into a one summary db table. I could't help you with SQLSERVER (I work with Oracle and MySQL) but yes with a scalable visualization strategy by means Metabase free and opensource software.
