If your users are messing up your template each month then we can: -Lock cells so that data isn’t lost. -Create a “clear all data an create new template” button I use a similar document where I have managers input billable hours. I use this template in 70 locations across the US and Caribbean so it must be a robust document otherwise the users will break it. Also it is possible to add analytics to this AO that you can analyze how your money is spent in billable hours. But this is possibly our of scope for this project Thanks
