PowerBI - DAX Syntax- 1 Query

I'm new to DAX and looking to write a very simple query to calculate Distinctcount of ids if a condition is met.
In the attached excel, there are two columns Orders and Inflammable. Each order can have multiple rows (based on SKUs) and Inflammable is Y/N field to tell whether SKU is inflammable. My ask is to find the number of distinct orders where there are more than two inflammable SKUs.

A skilled person may not even take 5 min to write/correct the measure.
