Hi, I am pleased to introduce myself as a mid managerial finance person. In my previous assignment I was working in the capacity as General Manager. My major responsibility was to prepare financials and certify that all the accounts are in compliance with Indian companies act, which is similar to UK companies act. Was looking after group company's finance requirements. I had been preparing business plans and credit data to banks to justify line of credit . This includes business plan for next five years and forecast of bank finances. I had to analyse the company's financials as done by the banker with all ratios and other financial indicators.
