need to make my character move and talk

someone understands a bit arabic needed

or someone has very high sense

that can make the character mouth movement as if it is real

I have a voice record and its speaking arabic.... its 5-10minutes videos

I will also give out images and tell each images in which minute..

best price will take this .. I may need that project every week! and maybe twice a week

and I wont pay large budget every week ...

so if you need long term work and weekly please low the budget
