Platform with casino games

Job description: Develop simple casino games. We are looking to develop a platform that has multiple casino games of choice. Should the project go well, we will keep working with the person/company to make more of these games in the future. The goal here is to literally develop games that already exist but with some modifications as they are meant to help people with gaming habbits. Some preferences -C# will be prefered -Logs of every win/loss -Simple control difficulty levels for more/less luck -Platform that starts with the computer and shows the available games for the user to select from. Platform credits and game credits are one and the same. Meaning if the player is given 100 credits, he should be able to use them accross games -Ability to run on mini computers like raspberry pi is also prefered -If the games can be ran on a website that is also preferable for the future We will also give preference to people who show us good unit tests and organization skills. A clear understanding of what our requirements are is required and bad English skills will be imediately closed from future discussions. This is to avoid those "Yes we can do, we best" with no confirmation of understanding what is being requested. For this project we would like to get a budget for the platform with two games.
