There need to be 2 applications. 1 lives on the server, 1 lives on the desktop. The server side application job is to monitor for products that become available on the specified website ([login to view URL]) the server needs to be able to use a subnet or multiple subnets of proxies and switch them as to not get rate limited. It needs to be able to monitor between 100-200 products at a time. its needs to be able to find an item within 1-1000ms no longer. anything longer and the item is sold out. once it find the items it needs to send a message to the desktop application which with then take the user supplied account and payment information, then encrypt them and submit the order. I already have all of the links needed to handle the checkout flow and also the payment encryption. This is one of many projects. my budget for this is pretty small to medium as I am supplying you with everything else that is needed besides some of the monitor and the connection between server and desktop.
