Erstellen einer Webseite

I would like a simple football betting website. The following are required. - The homepage will be white with an outline of light blue. At the top will be our website name and motto. On both sides of the website in the light blue I will have banners (5 on each side). In the white will be text that i write. I also need to be able to put microsoft excel 2010 attachments in the text space where people can download it. There should also be tab on the homepage for FAQ, Special Bonuses, Join Today, Affiliates (the banners, motto and text I write (on the homepage, FAQ page, Special Bonuses page) must be easily changed in a backend as I do not know html). - I need a php forum as well that can only be entered by people who join the webiste by clicking on Join Today and paying the membership fee. - I need to be able to send emails in one click to all paying members (anyone who joined the website is a paying member). I also need to see each members username, email address and be able to delete them in case they do not pay the next month. It should tell me in this area whether someone paid for next month or not so I know who to delete on the 1st of every month. When someone clicks on Join Today, they must fill in their username, country, email address and then immediately be direc ted to paypal, skrill or netter (whichever they choose) to make the monthly payment. Once they make this payment they should receive a verify link in their email box and once they click that link they may have access to the forum. A person cannot enter the forum or until they pay, and they may pay upon registering. - I also need an affiliate page which tracks members. This text must also be changeable by me in the backend. When someone clicks on the Affiliates tab they must fill in a form that show their name, email address, country. Fter they fill out this form they should automatically receive an affiliate tracking link which they can put on their websites for their friends to use to be tracked under them. Affiliates receive a commission from me. In the backend I must also see a list of all of our affiliates and what members joined and paid using their affiliate links so I know how much to pay each affiliate. I have tob e abble to see per month what members paid under each affiliate (affiliates receive commission for each month their riends pay a onthly membership, which means if an affiliate has 25 members under him and next month only 7 pay the monthly fee, it should tell me that.
