I have one question about this part: >- If the User does not enter any information on that day, he will get two emails the next day. He MUST enter something per day/per Email he received. I'm not getting this can you please explain this - Until the Admin sets the entered information to "Closed" (manually in the Database, no need for an Admin Area) the user gets a reminder two weeks after he entered the data. We can achieve the requirements with a script written in PHP and MySQL back end set to run on a linux server. We can make use of the cron scheduler process of the server to run the script on said intervals to send the emails.
