Create an an Illustrated Step-by-Step Guide from Supplied Content -- 2

Format a text document, of approximately 1,200 words, to create an easy-to-follow, illustrated step-by-step guide using content that we will supply. The subject matter of the content itself (legal services) is known to be a bit boring. So you will use a combination of typeface formatting, bulleted lists, illustration, infographics and stock photography to bring it to life. You will source and recommend a series of stock images to use in the document and provide sample images in any mockups presented to us. For stock images, we would prefer to purchase from iStock Photo. For branding we will provide you a full color mockup of a new website we are designing for this project so you'll get an idea of the styles and colors we'll be looking for. For inspiration, we will also provide a copy of another guide that was designed last year (different legal subject). The file format of the finished product must be a print quality PDF document. You will also be asked to deliver the files in a standard Adobe Illustrator format including all of the source files needed to make changes to the design in the future. We will provide a high-resolution logo (EPS), a photo and access to any other artwork you may need to complete this task.
