Draw the heck out of the scifi Reckoning

I would like to have the following synopsis for a scifi story illustrated into super simple stylized form, not too many details. I am looking for fast conceptual turnaround that will do well in black and white. I am thinking along the lines of strips that can be put into newspaper print or in perhaps in small booklets. I will provide you samples of the type of images I would like to see you stylize and produce for my scifi short - That is if you provide a bid I can live with cost wise and terms wise. You will have to submit a proposal based on those images that I will use for the evaluation of whether or not I want to award the project your way.
