Get My Hosting and Opencart Upgrade errors corrected

My site was running totally fine on Opencart version 1.5.6.4, but seeing the necessity to upgrade to Version 2.3.0.2 I eventually did it. I didn't just upgrade as opencart guidelines. I took following steps to be on safer side... # Backed up everything # Changed the site theme to its default # Uninstalled All Extensions, payment, order and all other modules that was not default. # I renamed the existing folders: admin, catalog, system to new names # Now I upload files of Opencart Ver: 2.3.0.2 to my hosting # Next moved the Download folder to System (new one) # Moved old admin/[login to view URL] to newadmin/[login to view URL] # Moved image/data to image/catalog # edited admin/[login to view URL] as required # Now logged in to Opencart Admin, gave full access to Administrator # Modified my settings Now what I missed was Database restoration, thus all my data was missing. And I could now see whole website home page was showing broken & disrupted For this I imported the previously backed up database. It imported my data but it couldn't do any better for the disrupted look of my website which is just because of some sort of error in redirection or other. Secondly the username and password for administrator which I was using to access admin panel is now showing error as "No match for Username/password". I made a recovery of password through forgotten link but the new password too is not working. So all the errors that has to be addressed is been mentioned above. So pls kindly go through the project and, Anyone Genuinely technically sound who can remove this single error.. Pls quote the lowest rates to work with.. as I m also looking forward to hire someone who can handle my all sites technical issues in regular as well ...
