Heroes Website Design Concept: Overall look and feel of website very similar to the “”SC Local Heroes” brochure (Provided). - “Home” page o Content will be provided o “Apply now” button in banner  Button takes applicant to external link (proved later) - “About Us” page o Content will be provided o Table for fields  Picture  First Name  Last name  Bio (800 Character max) o Each form data listed on “About Us” page o “Apply now” button in banner  Button takes applicant to external link (proved later) - “Preferred Realtors” page o Visitors to site can search for “Preferred Realtor” based on market (i.e.; Greenville, Anderson, Spartanburg, Columbia, or Charleston, Etc.)  Need table for markets with ability (Form) to add more markets  “Preferred Realtors” Listed/Market based on zip code or city - “Contact Us” page o Contact us form for email o Clicking “send” send button send form data to set email address - “Become a Preferred Realtor” page  Explanation of how it works (content provided) o Form and Table for Profile for new “Preferred Realtors”  Fields: • Picture • Company Name • First Name • Last Name • Street Address • Street Address 2 • City • State • Zip Code • Office Number • Mobile Number • Email Address • Text Field (400 characters) • Log on • Password • Number of referrals (#)  New listings will need to be reviewed and approved so that bogus listings are not posted - “Preferred Realtor” - backend Login, manage profile and referral submit page o Login and password for each Realtor o Allow Realtor to modify his/her Profile o Allow Realtor to submit referral into form  Referral Fields: • First Name • Last Name • Phone Number • Mobile Number • Email Address • Text Field (200 characters)  Entering this form adds to Realtor’s “Number of referrals”  Data in form for referral is emailed to an email address - “Preferred Realtor” Rankings (IMPORTANT!) o Realtors listed by market and in order of most “Number of referrals”  Realtor with most referrals listed first, realtor with second most listed second and so on o Levels for Realtors to attain based on number of referrals to site provided:  Levels based on minimum # of referrals • Newbie = zero referrals • Bronze = 2 referrals • Silver = 5 referrals • Gold = 15 referrals • Diamond = 35 referrals • Blue Diamond = 50 referrals • Black Diamond = 100 referrals • Hero = 150  Name of level and Icon for each level located next to each listing each Realtor.
