Looking for someone experienced in PDF Converter who can modify the attachment into an Interactive format which our guest can sign using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 with a stylus pen. We have attached a 'Room Card' in PDF format for your perusal. Currently, we utilize CloudBeds, a property management system (PMS), to manage our bookings, reservations, for our vacation rental properties. In an effort to capture certain vital information which is required from each guest during check-in; we have designed a 'Room Card' for this purpose. Plan A (Auto) - Ideally, we would like to pull the guest data from the PMS in order to complete the cells in the attachment by the primary booker and then have them affix their signature to 'Room Card'; thereafter, a copy of the document will be forwarded to their e-mail address.
Plan B (Manual) - Have the guest complete the 'Room Card' by filling in the blanks using the stylus pen; thereafter, a copy of the document will be forwarded to their e-mail address.
