Lead UI/UX designer required (Animations & illustrations is required, if you have these skills you’ve got yourself a bonus!)

I am a start-up company looking for a full-time, liable and dedicated artist to work on our exciting and ground-breaking project. World-class graphic communication and innovative designs play a key role in our business infrastructure. Our success is 99.9% about our design. This Project is to design the world most advanced and innovative responsive e-commerce web application. The target is to produce designs that are 10 years ahead of the rest of the world in terms of creativity & 2017 top awarded designs. I have worked with many designers during the past 20 months and have had some great progress and every time I got a bit closer to my ultimate goal, but I haven’t got there yet. There are plenty of resources and information that I can share and discussed to help you in the process. In fact, I have quite a lot of information on the page flows, UX infrastructure and many variations of design. The project will be discussed further in details to the right candidates and I aim to immediately start.
