Modern Landscape Design for Full Yard

I'm in need of a landscape designer to create a contemporary, modern landscape design for my property. The property is a new build in Queensland Australia. Positioning and sizing of both a swimming pool and patio deck have been decided. The project focuses on the front - between the house and the road, backyard, and side yard. The preferred style for the design is modern.
Drawings of the site will be provided. (There have been some changes to the positioning and size of the pool, and, the extension of the alfresco/patio, as provided in the attachement. Details will be provided to the successful freelancer)
Key elements I'm looking to incorporate into the design include:
- Innovative Plants Selection: I'm open to suggestions for unique, drought-resistant plants that thrive in our area.
- Creative pool surround Design: I'm looking for appropriate and attractive "tropical" (eg palms, succulents) to fill areas between the pool and border fences.
- Creative lawn designs to intergrate spaces from house, decked patio, pool and border fences.
- Fence Border Ideas: I'm seeking appropriate plants, hedges etc to beautify wooden panel fences that blend well with the overall landscaping.
Ideal candidates for this job should have:
- Proven experience in modern landscape design with a portfolio that showcases their work.
- A good understanding of different plant species and landscape design principles, particularly applicable to the tropical climate of Brisbane, Australia.
- Excellent communication skills to understand and incorporate my preferences into the design.
