Hello Freelancers ,
We have couple of products , so we are looking for a designer. The basic criteria for designer is :
1. Be creative this is the most important criteria and i will give actual tasks to see if the person is creative or not.
2. Should we able to create designs from wireframes. So basically we are a software development firm we will have projects where there will be wireframes ready and the designer needs to check the latest UI trends in the industry and do actual designs out of it using tools available.
3. Create design materials for product marketing , like banners , animation for promotional events etc.
4. Should be available at least 4-5 hours a day. If works good i am interested to hire them permanently on my team.
I am looking for people within India only due to time zone constraints and with in india i will prefer people from Pune or Ahmedabad.
Agencies , companies refrain yourself from bidding , i am looking for individual contributors only and if you are new you are most welcome to bid.
