Poster design

To advertise about my newly launched product, i need to design a poster. i've created one but it is not impressive enough for me to print and use. Need help in re-designing from the base Adobe format file and make it catchy. Background - My firm name is GServes and i assist people in availing various services from Govt such as RTO, Passport, Sub-registrar etc. I'm launching Dog licence as a service for those with pets. This poster will be pasted in Vet clinics & pet shops and it will be a tie-up with the shop owner. Four messages to be conveyed in the poster (1) Emotional aspect to say that your pets too need an identity (2) To say that is very cheap (only 444) and the process is so easy viz COD, home delivery etc. (3) To say that dog licences will become mandatory soon. (4) Market about GServes and we do many other things for which you can approach us. The images on this poster are already bought from Shutter stock and hence be reused. I Can send other images and my logo if they are needed fresh. What all to be changed in the existing poster. (1) the text at the top is not very catchy, need to get a good short tagline to woo customers. the text is like, the dog saying this to the visitors at the shop. (2) The part of "Getting a pet license had never been so easy.." is not good, need to change both the text and the way it is presented. i wanted to say "Pet License has now become a Petty task" (3) the arrow marked item, should be with some good graphics. it should just say. Fill the Forms - Email/Whatsapp the docs - Get your Pet Licence home delivered. The text below it with (*) mark need not come, they can be removed. (4) the dog holding the newspaper should be enlarged a bit. Instead of hindu logo, we can just say "NEWS". Instead of "Pet licence made mandatory", we can say "Pet Licence becomes mandatory" (5) The colouring is not very apt, need an uniform attracting colour standard throughout. (6) What is GServes (spelling mistake currently) - we can make it as two bullet points for the 2 sentences there. (7) Why GServes tab and the What is GServes tab, should ideally have same set of lines to have uniformity. we can slightly change the text content to achieve it. (8) last line - colour is not good, need to change. (9) even the price being displayed 444 can be shown better and in a good colour. In summary - the whole poster should look better than what it is now. no need to change it completely, but just to make it catchy.
