Replicate an existing Website in a better cloud hosting server

Attached is the content of the project. Before I talk about the project I like to give the term and condition to make sure you read and understand before you send a bid. This is a long term work so if you want to do a quick job and leave this is not for you. We may need to chat a lot. You should be available after 7:00 PM or before 5:30 AM US Eastern time. I need a prototype first. deliverable for prototype is attached. Once you make a prototype I need about two weeks to pass the prototype to the team to took and then provide you the feedback. You need to have patient until you hear the feedback from me. Once I collect the feedback and nominate the candidate, the real work will begin. However I will pay to candidate who has created the prototype and won the bid. This is a public site having a lot of video, pictures gallery, sound and content. Videos will be stored and retrieved from YouTube, sounds are stored and retrieve from SoundCloud and pictures can be stored in the site. The cloud hosting service you will nominate for this work should be able to handle gigs of data stored in the site. It should have SEO on it. Power user should be able to upload the images and content later on. See attached for requirement and prototype deliverable.
