Website Design - Stage 1

We require a complete overhaul of our current website. We are also under a bit of time pressure so we would like to run through multiple stages/sprints in the interest of achieving some results in a short timeframe.  This first job is for stage 1 but I've included the others to provide context.  Stage 1: Transfer our current Joomla website, [login to view URL], into a new Joomla template:  [login to view URL] * The template has been purchased.  * Development is to occur on your staging server.  * We will provide all text content and very basic layout. I.e. here are our headings; these products first; then blog articles; big image slider here; etc. You will need to make UI/UX, graphic design and layout decisions.  * You need to source professional images that relate to the text/content/products we provide. We can pay for individual quality images if required over a stock images subscription.  * You will need to be able to create graphics/symbols for our products/services in a flat modern style. Feel free to use icon/symbol libraries if that suits.  * At an appropriate scheduled time, you will need to do a "switch over" to migrate our live website to the new one.  Most important point is something that looks professional and it up and running quickly.  Stage 2 - Customise the layout/UX/UI and create landing pages, forms, etc.  Stage 3 - Create/integrate video content, blog platform, social media, marketing tools, newsletter subscription.  Stage 4 - Create more customised content and detailed product information pages.  The most important part of this is the ability to discuss the project over Skype fairly regularly, and interpret high-level direction. You won't receive feedback like change the colour to RGB X:X:X, increase the font size to Y and move the top picture down Z pixels.  In parallel to this we will be developing brochures and whitepapers, which need a graphic design and layout element. We can talk about that separately.  I don't mind fixed price or hourly work (since the requirements are a bit loose) but if you do hourly, give me a very rough estimate.
