Hello Freelancers.. We are looking an expert in BE theme wordpress. Basically we want to make one new website for our SEO and mrketing online agency. We want to renew the image in here [login to view URL], but in a new website focused in online marketing for real estate agents. Basically the sections will be more or less the same, but adapted to betheme and wordpress. To understand what we want please see below : As a basis we like this type of page but more "dinamyc". The example is a little plain: [login to view URL] this one has also a nice HOME: [login to view URL] This style is also nice for us, although it a bit too simple, but another idea. [login to view URL] Header that collapses when scrolling down, but having all the time the phone and contact visible. The rest in hamburger menu when collapsing. We would like a starting video than can catch the real estate profesional eye. [login to view URL] There must be a portfolio page with just logos from our clients, not clicable, althoug we may be able to put company name under the logo. Portfolio page like this : [login to view URL] Shaded top menu in this is nice also [login to view URL] This one also good for an agency, a little more colorful. Not exacdtly our type, we want to look "serious" and elegant. [login to view URL] Another one with a good concept for agencies: [login to view URL] We are needing price plans like this: [login to view URL] etc etc.. This is just an idea what we are looking for, So need a freelancer who has good communication ( Must be fluent in English and if possible Spanish Language ) with great skills in Wordpress specially in BE Theme customization. Preferred who already did similar task, as I said not just create the website with BE theme. I mean did a project with multiple sections in BE theme. Very easy project for those who are pro in wordpress. Milestone will be in three part : First : When i can see some mockup as per my request. Second : When 75% work done and final when all task has been done.
