Wordpress Wizard With Great Graphic Design Skills

One of our old sites was designed years ago in basic HTML, and needs to be converted to Wordpress. We are looking for an individual, not a company, who can take the contents of the site, and make it a Wordpress site. This needs to be done soon. You must have a strong background in the use of photos and graphics. Please submit a list of Wordpress sites that we can verify are yours, that show dynamic graphic use. The budget you see is just a placeholder and is subject to negotiation once you have looked at the totality of the work. Please note that we want an individual, and not someone associated with a company or agency. You need to be able to communicate well in English, and must be able to do the job within a week.
