Development of the Magento 2 site

1) Initially: Test the Website speed with different websites before starting any kind of changes with thanks. Then we can start the scope of work as follow: a) speed up the website. i) Optimization of code, CSS and Scripts if needed. ii) Optimization of images if needed. iii) Remove of unwanted links and redirects. 2) The website as a whole is based and designed to be responsive with all its components from different platforms, devices and browsers. Now, there are some parts of the website not showing the responsiveness as it should. Here are some examples but not limited to the following: a) Mega Menu. b) Some Products Images. c) Banner in the middle of the website. d) Some parts of the "One Step Checkout" page. 3) SMS follow up. a. SMS alerts on different scenarios include but not limited to: i) When joining the website. ii) When purchasing. iii) When get late in payment after 24 hours. iv) With new offers. v) With holidays. b. Please tell us the best scenario to connect the SMS provider's account to purchase and share the SMS account and credentials. 4) Addition of new content pages. 5) Bilingual functionality (English and Arabic) a. Translation of all content pages to Arabic. WHEER, about 90% are completed and done. b. Separate products details in Arabic and English. 6) Enhance the functionality of ‘sign in’ and ‘log in’ pages. a. fixing all issues related to sign in and log in pages. 7) When the customer in the products details page, there are no other related products shown below where usually comes under the category "Customers who viewed this item also viewed" The picture attached from amazon to show the what we mean. 8) All the popups in the website must be same styling and it must change as we see them in the other platforms to be responsive as well. Finally: do another testing of the website speed and using the same website used initially and then do the comparison with thanks.
