I would like to know how much it would cost for a developer to finish a html website that another developer built for some reason (1) the desktop view and the phone view are not the same. (2) Change of main text color from red to any blue inline with the Superfecta logo, (3) remove the last two blocks of projects completed section of the desktop view which is the desired one, alignment of the contact us details on the phone view.
