Turn our PDF Designs into WordPress and HTML (NB: Job requires significant HTML Expertise)

[login to view URL] is growing and we are now entering our next phase - inviting consumers to use our freemium on-line property valuation service. The new website will be made up of 3 landing pages focused on our 3 different types of users - consumers, real estate agents and bankers. Our attached plans describe in detail the completed content and look & feel we require to be converted into HTML files. The scope of the job is to take these designs and: 1. Convert the mobile, desktop and tablet landing page designs into responsive HTML that can be loaded into WordPress or another reputable and mainstream Content Management System. 2. Convert the shopping screens into responsive HTML and CSS code - NOTE: We do not require the developer to build the functionality described, just the HTML that can render the designs in the browser. Another separate development team will be taking this HTML and then doing the wire up of our business functionality. BEFORE YOU RESPOND & ENTER A BID FOR THE WORK - PLEASE FIRST READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY: - Please provide a URL to at least one web page you have built the HTML for that is representative of your best HTML design work. - Please supply a sample of the responsive HTML+CSS you would implement for this project. Feel free to implement any small portion of the design specification attached to this job posting. We will use this sample you supply as the primary selection criteria for the successful candidate. Other Considerations you should take into account: - The job will require expertise in crafting responsive CSS and HTML that automatically switches to the correct layout based on the screen width of the browser/device - The landing pages each require a sticky header with our key call to action - There will be an HTML animation in this sticky header to create a smooth and professional transition - There will be another HTML Cross fade/animation when the user starts to type or click on the Property Address field on the landing page that takes them to the order form. - All required graphics assets will be supplied as part of the job in Adobe Illustrator source files - The HTML code needs to be as clean as possible, following standards and best practice standards and provide an identical formatting outcome on all modern desktop and mobile browsers. - The code needs to be SEO friendly, optimised for google indexing Timeframe: The ideal job completion timeframe is within 3 weeks from today. We intend to select the successful candidate on or before the 7th of July.
