Creation of interactive children's iPad application

I require a developer with very good english skills, to work closely with me to develop 10+ interactive but simple children's iPad applications over the next 8-10 weeks. All illustrations and audio files for the creation of each application will be provided, as well as detailed instructions in English. I have a budget of $400-1000 AUD for each application, depending on the complexity of the app design required.
