Illustrator for a children\'s story

Our 12 year old son has just written a short story for Mothers Day and we would like to get it printed with simple illustrations. The story is attached if you want to read it to get a feel for the style. It is a humorous story where the reader can select the ending themselves. We are looking for around 12-15 small simple black and white illustrations in the style of Quentin Blake (you can find examples through Google images search). So the cartoon drawings will be simple but humorous and a mix of sizes like you would normally find in a children's story book. We would also like one colored drawing which we will use for the cover page of the book. The drawings should be appropriate to each of the sections in the story attached here. We will need the drawings in JPEG format or some similar so that I can convert it into a printable document. I will also need you to assign the copyright in the artwork.
