(Title)Burned Reflection : Book Cover Art

Book size : Octavo Art Style : Need cover art for book, looking for a specific sharp water color look (Similar to the uploaded file) Book Cover : It's night-time in a city full of lights, use New York or something similar as a reference, it's raining, and there are two people, the main characters, the first one is a tall male but you can only see the end of his right arm hanging down with his trench coat sleeve and his detailed leather glove, his arm would be on the left side of the front cover, you shouldn't see any other body parts of him, it should just be his arm , assume he's looking forward, staring at someone, that someone being the other person, the second character, a short girl, 25 years old, pale white skin, long black hair that reaches until the end of her back (not that you should he able to see her back but just for reference) she's wearing tight black jeans, a leather moto jacket (white T - shirt under the jacket), black uptown style boots (look at uploaded image of the boots), and finally, a black leather glove ONLY on her left hand (I want the glove to look almost identical to the ones in the uploaded files on both characters, the only minor change is get rid of the little button and make it look more like an un-openable belt in the wrist area to make it look like it's impossible to take the glove off), so the male character is facing towards the female character in the distance, and the female character is staring at the male character from a distance, and they're standing in the middle of a large wet road, I want the shine on the concrete from the rain to really shine, and I want the male characters arm (trencoat sleeve) and glove to be the most detailed part of the entire art, and then the closer it gets to the female character, the less detailed and more blurry the image gets to the point where the female character doesn't have any facial features but it looks natural (except her eyebrows maybe, it'd look pretty weird without them) Aesthetic : As far as esthetic goes I want the mood to be very serious but also "jazzy", something like red neon lights from a building near the female character reflecting from the concrete road due to the rain, I'd love that, and the sky or background should be a mix of purple and smudged dark blue.
