The SEO/SEM Digital Marketing will own the strategy and direction of all on/off page SEO efforts for our online properties and serve as the expert resource in the area of SEM Marketing. The key focus of this position will be to continue to increase organic traffic and the site authority of our Tech Support Industry as well as the websites as both short-term and long-term goals. Can generate calls for our company so that we can earn more and more from our US customers The SEO/SEM Digital MM will assume the responsibility of Product Owner of our Google Analytics account and Google Search Console. Additional key responsibilities for this position include: Performing daily website health & maintenance checks (ex. broken links, orphaned pages, etc) Assisting channel marketing managers with any SEM campaigns Setting up goals, funnels, segments, reports, dashboards, etc. in Google Analytics Creating GA documentation and performing trainings as needed Reviewing new initiatives and enhancements for SEO opportunities Establishing/Revoking accounts in Google Analytics Establish an ongoing SEO strategy and direction for the company Skills & Abilities Skilled at keyword research, competitive analysis, meta-tag creation, trend analysis and conversion optimization Strong knowledge and abilities in Google Analytics and Google Search Console Excellent analytical and complex problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as a team member and think strategically HTML knowledge and all on-page SEO techniques Experience creating off-page SEO strategies Knowledge of the Publishing industry, a plus Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or related experience in technology, marketing, or related field 3+ years of SEO/SEM experience Requires a strong portfolio of work demonstrating SEO/SEM success
