Hi, Myself Sunil M I'm a product manager, I do market research and based on the market analysis I design feature for the product and look after creating a product which will help users solve their problems or creates a value for their time spending on the products. As per my experience a Product which is designed/built should create more value for the users who are gonna use it and get benefit from. there should be an enough users/market to use the product. if there's good product and there's not much people using it there's no value creating the product. To launch a product to the market the core idea/benefit of product should be clear enough where users are willing to spend money on it and they believe that an improved versions will be more worthy in future. New product launch should ensure a smooth transactions for the users so that they will spend less time spending and more time using the product and it's features. if more money flows into the business there's always a better chance to work on the future updates faster.
