We are looking for a professional SEO expert to put our website on the first page on Google New Zealand, we are looking to have about 30 keywords ( key phrases also included ) being some keywords highly competitive short tail. Required for this job onsite and offsite analyses and any implementation to be done by you as required to achieve improvements and also the standard SEO strategies like Local directory link building Niche directories link building Content creation & publishing You will be working on a performance basis where you will get paid on what you achieve on first page positions and the scale of the position achieved. So keywords are already ranked on Google and positions can vary from page 2 to page 8 currently and some keywords don't currently have ranks. The SEO required is to follow all Google current guidelines, only quality back links and quality content **** SPAMMY LINKS ARE A HUGE NO ****. If you achieve a position to get paid and we see a drop on the position after payment is complete it will not be acceptable and you will be required to carry out further work at no cost to get back on that position. We understand that for a position to be kept ongoing SEO is required and we are willing to pay a monthly fee for all the positions to remain stable after they were reached.
