Site SEO Required

Seeking expert to promote site [www dot newfavors dot com][1] on all search engines via link building and other online media. Candidate must be very write excelent english articles and must be an expert in SEO, Online marketing and search engine placement. Please examine the site before accepting project. My primary requirement is link popularity through link building. Not campaign management. I would like to maintain and implement my own internal SEO with your recomendation and input or meta tags, descriptions etc. My site has dynamic pages and the main home page can be configured from the backend. All item pages are dynamically generated when clicked. In ref to link bulding: I am looking for approx 50 - 100 permanent, one-way links for my wedding favors e-commerce website from relevent business theme sites of weddings and who have google page ranking. These links need to be placed on a page that is 1 click (or main page) away from a main page. Links must be built naturally(by hand). I must be allowed to write the anchor text and description. No links will be accepted from pornography/gambling/sexual health sites , nor will links be accepted if they are placed on pages with more than 15 other links. I can only accept 2 links per class C IP address. In other word I will not accept 3 or more links on websites that have the same IP address. Only 5 - 10 Links from related wedding theme directories, article sites or blogs will be accepted if they rank in the top 10 on google or yahoo with a 1 or 2 word keyword(not a phrase or sentance) I am not seeking quick results to be Number 1 on all engines of the world. That is not the objective.
