WordPress and PageLines Website

I am building a website using WordPress and PageLines (Twitter Bootstrap drag and drop platform installed on top of WP). I have a developer in the hospital, and am on a (very) tight deadline (aren't all projects? Lol.) Here is the dev location of the site where we've installed WordPress and PageLines and started setting it up (we'll move to client's BlueHost acct when ready to launch): [login to view URL] The site is for a film distribution company, and the design/function reference sites are [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] - The structure and functionality are already determined, and the styling is being determined now (from other PageLines/Bootstrap WP themes, so the code is easily replicated). The pages involved are already created in the menu: -Home (see wireframe reference called Screen Shot 2013-07-01) - Animated 'Feature' slider with thumbnail navigation below slider - showcasing 'In Theatres' films (only 2-5 at any given time). Each slide links to corresponding movie 'micro site') -About Us (basic, universal template with text, images, etc.) -----D&E Mission (basic, universal template) -----Team (basic, universal template) -----Contact (contact web form, address info, newsletter signup, social media links, etc.) -Movies -----In Theatres (Showcased via Slider and thumbnail carousel on homepage with 'lightbox' pop-ups of video (vimeo or YouTube embed) and text, synopsis, ----------links… -----Archives (separate page with 'grid' of thumbnails showing archive of films - Clicking a thumbnail will pop up a modal 'lightbox' window containing video, synopsis, 'buy' link, etc.) -----Own It (page containing images and links to purchase products at Amazon, etc.) -Press (images, press, links, etc. - chronological with ability to jump by year: 2010, 2011, etc.) -Store (images and descriptions with links to purchase offsite, such as at Amazon) I will be handling all image acquisition, sizing, cropping etc… and will curate all video embeds. The client will also be supplying all site copy, and I'll be showing them WP/Bootstrap themes for decisions on styling, color scheme, typography, etc…. The one, 'tricky' page that will require some 'fancy' CSS and custom a Custom Post Type is: 1. Movies > Archives page: It's a straightforward symmetrical grid that can be managed by the client indefinitely over time (Inspiration is [login to view URL] - but instead of a mosaic of different size thumbs, just 4 equal-sized boxes to a row, like the row I've setup as a placeholder). Upon hover a semi-transparent grey layer appears with the film title (just like the existing, built-in PageLines Box effect). Upon click of a thumbnail, a modal 'light box' opens with a Vimeo video embed on the left and text on the right (such as synopsis, cast, purchase link). From what I can tell, this would be a 'Banner' section inside a Modal plugin, containing the Vimeo embed and the text. IMPORTANT NOTE: This section needs to be administered by the client with no technical skill, as they add films to their portfolio, and I think CSS can handle it. In an ideal scenario, the client would simply upload the thumbnail and add the title and text, and the CSS would handle the display… Please let me know what questions you need answered for clarification. I have three other WP/PageLines websites to produce after this one, so hopefully we can work well together...
