Create Nevron Diagram From Data -- 2

Need to create a chart (dynamically using data. The main datat includes two tables, one table for the nodes and another for the links between the nodes (parent node, child node). Need to use query string to identify chart. Database is MS sql server. Code is VB.net. All functionality exists in current application and code that will be provided, need to make it work with new tables similarly structured. The deliverables will be a page with diagram that works per the attached demo. Application will be hosted on IIS Windows Server 2012. [login to view URL] Features needed: 1. Load chart from data 3.
